The Snark's semi-impromptu feature on some Norwegian artists from the Smalltown Supersound label is entirely due to my friend Pat's record collection. Casiokids appear (yet again) mainly because they actually toured North America in 2010 and we got to see them LIVE! In Detroit! A memorable night.
Special thanks to Pat for the loan of many great CDs from Norway (among other places).
Why no Jaga Jazzist? (Ask not. No reason.)

Anonymous comment (see below) points out that Casiokids are touring the south and east of the United States right now, but Detroit is not on the list of destinations. We are used to having our musical hearts broken this way, but we still don't like it. There's a link in the comments that doesn't work. Use this one: http://www.myspace.com/casiokids instead.

  2. Mary P! Why did I not know about this thing of goodness. You're on my playlist now!

  3. Thanks kindly, Anonymous. I did not know that. No Detroit show though...

  4. Hey Deanne! Welcome to The Snark.
