  3. That Columbian stuff is very charming.
    You could tell that they probably used only one mic, so therefore the "mixing" is how far away each player is from the microphone. The horns have a quality that reminds me early big band recordings.

    And Jamie Lidell! Haven't heard "What's the Use" in a while, even though the cd is somewhere in my house. Perfect after "SANTA MARTA CUMBIA".
