"Hey Diggle Diggle, The Cat And The Figgle..."

Thanks to Dubspot, a link to the Adrian Sherwood video recap is coming soon.
Dubspot, the dub school in New York, presented a live dub effects workshop with Adrian Sherwood on Thursday, September 8th, 2011. They're working on getting a "video recap" of it up on their website for anyone who missed the live-streaming version.

This Friday, September 16th, Mad Professor will likewise do a live workshop at Dubspot at 6 p.m., and you can watch and learn as it happens from the comfort of your home computer.

It's all part of the Dub Invasion Festival, taking place from September 7th to the 16th in New York and Boston.

Or perhaps you'd like to listen now... here's the direct link to the show. Available for 4-6 weeks or so from the original broadcast date.

Oh yeah, I played a Spys song today because Elad has a new record coming out with a new band called Magnificent Bastards -- and the CD release show is this Friday, September 16th at FM Lounge.

  1. Thanks Snark, for another in the series of artists I wouldn't have checked out on my own. Aline Morales....very Pizzacato Five-ish!

  2. Thinking back on it, I now don't think that you've played These New Puritans before. I think I checked them out after reading one of those CJAM weekly new releases list that you send me. Tis good stuff, eh?
