Four seasons in one day! It's cold enough tonight for Monsieur Lanois to wear his Black Toque after all! Brrrr!
ReplyDeleteI've always thought that The Roots were very proficient, but have not really been taken with much of their music....But that Booker T. Jones tune is soooo good! Yes, The drumming!
ReplyDeleteMe too, really. The Roots backed a John Legend CD from last year and I couldn't deny any more that I really like the way they play. I should like John Legend too coz he sings so good, but if the songs they choose don't get me... they can't have me. There's so much to listen to...
ReplyDeleteI like that whole Booker T. record.
